"I’m deeply inspired by the work of Dr. Brené Brown, especially her research on shame, vulnerability, and wholehearted living. Her insights remind me daily of the power of showing up as our authentic selves—messy, human, and brave. That same mindset shapes the way I connect with my clients: with honesty, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique path.
