Depression be Gone
SPRAVATO® (esketamine) at
Mercury Mental Health
Available Monday, January 5, 2026
Esketamine is the S-half of ketamine, while ketamine contains both S and R forms. However, they have similar effects. SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Regular ketamine has no FDA approval. SPRAVATO® is often insurance-covered (with prior authorization), while ketamine is almost never covered.
