Out-of-Network / Out-of-Pocket
See pricing below. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which may allow you to receive reimbursement for a portion of your visit costs. You can submit a ‘superbill’ to your insurance provider, and eligible expenses may be applied toward your deductible.
A superbill is a fully itemized and coded medical receipt that you can use to submit claims to your insurance. (Reimbursify makes this even easier)

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Comprehensive assessment to understand you, your concerns, and develop a treatment plan.
60 minutes — Out-of-network: $250. In-network rates vary and are subject to applicable copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
Psychiatric Follow Up
Continued treatment of mental health conditions with medication management as well as adjunctive psychotherapy.
30 minutes — Out-of-network: $150. In-network rates vary and are subject to applicable copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
Spravato (esketamine) Administration
Administration and monitoring sessions in the comfort of private bays with plush recliners.
2 hours — Out-of-network: $250. In-network rates vary and are subject to applicable copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
Selected Tasks
Time spent outside of appointments spent on collaboration, letters, forms, complex clinical concerns, prior authorizations, etc.
$20.00 per 5 minutes when task requires more than 5 minutes
